1. Warranty Coverage1
- The warranty applies only to faults arising from manufacturing defects.
- Issues caused by power fluctuations, water damage, or careless handling are not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Activation
- Warranty claims are valid only when the original purchase receipt is presented.
- Products without proof of purchase will not be eligible for warranty service.
3. Warranty Duration
- For used devices, the warranty period ranges from 7 to 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Brand-new items are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty. Liberty Electronics does not provide an in-store warranty for new items.
4. Refund in Place of Replacement
- If a customer chooses a refund instead of a replacement for a warranted item, a 10% service charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.

- Payments made are non-refundable once a purchase has been completed.
- Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect items before finalising any transaction.
2. Warranty Refunds
- In cases where a refund is approved under a valid warranty claim, a 10% service charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and handling costs.
